Kala Brand Music Moves to New Headquarters

Kala Brand Music Co. announced that it has moved to a new headquarters that provides the company with over double the space of the company’s prior base of operations. The Petaluma CA based Ukulele and U-Bass™ manufacturer relocated to a 25,000 square foot facility not far from their old address. According to Sales and Marketing Director Rick Carlson, “We had outgrown our old facility for some time and were waiting for the right location that would fit our needs and will provide us with room to grow.”
Kala has also expanded the Kala Custom Shop where California U-Basses are assembled and instruments are QC’d. “We expect to continue to expand our custom shop in order to continue to provide the high quality instruments that our customers expect and to offer more variety of specialized instruments in the future,” added Carlson.
Kala Brand Music Co. manufactures over 120 models of Ukulele, the Kala U-BASS, Ukadelic™, and the Uke Crazy line of Ukulele accessories. Kala Brand Music Co. also distributes Aquila Strings.
