Kala is the best uke for the money imo. The striped ebony has a punchy, full, warm tone. Had to file the nut on it a little but it’s my third concert Kala and becoming my favorite. Happy strumming!

The wood and finish on this instrument is flawless (and I’m a woodworker)! I bought it so that I can play along with my daughter who got a Kala uke for Christmas. Both are quality products with great tone.
