As a beginner on the ukulele, the color cord ukulele is amazing. Within one day and following Emily Arrows instructional videos, I was able to master 3-4, 4 chord songs in one day!!! What a sense of accomplishment!! Now I’ve moved on to the island strum. These ukuleles are made beautifully and I’m in love!

It's great for learning how to play a ukulele with its instruction booklet and instructions on the app. I love how easy it is to tune the strings via the app tuner. Very easy. Great quality made instrument! Also comes with a good quality drawstring carry bag for the ukulele etc. I'm enjoying learning how to play.

I like how the frets are marked with the chord positions. Its small lightweight. I was surprised it wasn't wood but if I get more serious about playing I'll get a fancier one.

Our little community off the bluffs of the Mississippi recently started a ukulele group. I am an elderly woman who has played many instruments over the years and heard another ukulele band concert. They were having so much fun! This beginner pack allows people of all ages and musical experiences/backgrounds to immediately learn how to play. If a member doesn't have this Kala Soprano Color Chord, we simply put colored sticker dots on the frets to match yours! Thank you for the great idea to make learning easy through color coding! I would recommend this starter ukulele to anyone.
